Travel basketball tryouts are open to competitive players, 5th through 8th grades. Tryouts will be held at the beginning of October. Prospective players must attend at least two of three tryouts to be considered and must register before attending any tryout session there is no cost to register . Teams will be selected immediately after the final tryout date for your league, and pre-season practices will begin in late October.
CYA travel is part of the Fairfax County Youth Basketball League (FCYBL)
Masks must be worn by everyone at all times EXCEPT for players who are engaged in physical activity. Our mask guidance is based on Fairfax County's Neighborhood and Community Services (NCS) agreement . Failure to comply will result in our permit being pulled.
Please make sure your child wears a mask to the gym and brings plenty of water to open gyms and tryouts.
